Bison (armoured personnel carrier) stripped with Greensolv 273C
Coating System & Substrate
- Enamel.
- Catalyzed epoxy primer.
- 2 coats of CARC (green & white).
- Average Thickness : 10- 15 mils.
- Substrate : steel.
Reason for stripping
- Bison was sent on UN missions and needed complete strip and repaint procedure.
Application
- Total of 60 kg (0.33 drum) of Greensolv 273C were used.
- 2 to 3 applications Greensolv 273C were sprayed on the Bison.
- Temperature : 22°C (72°F).
Results

- Does not create rust on the steel substrate.
- Great for local repairs.
