Graffiti on concrete & painted steel cleaned with G-Strip 130
Graffitis & Substrate
- 2 substrates: painted steel (mailbox) and concrete (highway pillar).
- Paint from commercial spray cans.
Reason for stripping
- Located downtown and everywhere else in the city, graffiti need to be removed for esthetic reasons.
Application
- 1 Spray Bottle (800ml / 0.8 pint) per 2m² (20 sq.ft.).
- Keep the surface wet with G-Strip 130.
- Let work for 15-30 minutes.
Results
- G-Strip 130 cleaned the painted surface easily with a simple spray and wipe.
- The graffiti were removed from the porous concrete with the use of a brush and water.
- To accelerate cleaning process, use high pressure water jet (> 2000 psi) instead of a brush.
Conclusion
- Excellent to remove graffiti from buildings or signs.
- Did not damage painted surfaces (catalyzed).
- Do it yourself.
