GREENSOLV 273C : INDUSTRIAL PAINT STRIPPER FOR OUTDOOR STRUCTURES


 
PROCESS:



Exterior coating repairs of condominium type building (18 floors): structural and siding coating repairs. Procedure: first strip the existing concrete surface, then repair the concrete, and third, apply the new coating.

Sandblasting
The pulverized sand (silice) is carcinogenic and highly detrimental to health when inhaled (fine dust which sticks to the lung)


 
 
STRIPPING PROCESS:



Sandblasting is performed in a negatively pressurized shelter in order to keep the dusts inside. This process is completely forbidden if lead or asbestos coating are involved

Greensolv 273C – Industrial Paint Stripper
 
 
STRIPPING PROCESS:


The stripper is applied with a paint brush (2 coats: PVA primer and elastomer paint). After a wait period of 8 to 24 hours, the peeled elastomer paint is scraped. If required, a second application may be done immediately afterwards, followed by another wait of 8 to 24 hours before scraping. The PVA primer may then be pulverized with a pressurized washer (between 3000 and 5000psi)
